Platform Terms of Use Cadoola

This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between the user and the platform operator Cadoola. By registering or actively using the site, the user declares that they have read, understood, and accepted every section of these rules. Cadoola endeavors to ensure the maximum stability and security of the platform through constant maintenance but does not assume absolute outcome obligations.

Cadoola reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to temporarily suspend or permanently close a user's account, interrupting access to the services with immediate effect and without prior notice, should any of the following circumstances occur:

Proven or reasonably suspected violation of the clauses contained in these Terms and Conditions.

User's involvement in suspicious, fraudulent, or illegal financial activities.

Provision of false or unverifiable identity data.

In case of account closure due to a serious contractual breach, the platform reserves the right to retain any existing funds as compensation for damages or pending the completion of legal investigations.

These Terms and Conditions, as well as access to and use of the platform Cadoola services, are governed, interpreted, and applied in accordance with the laws in force in the Italian Republic. For any legal controversy, dispute, claim, or challenge arising from the interpretation, validity, or execution of this contractual agreement, the parties undertake to first seek an amicable resolution through written communication. Should an out-of-court settlement not be possible, exclusive territorial jurisdiction shall be devolved to the judicial authorities of the competent court in Italy, according to the provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure and current consumer protections.
